Rich Gillespie started as a REALTOR® licensed in Illinois in October of 2005. Since then, he and the Gillespie Group have been helping more and more people find the home of their dreams. We have closed over $18.8 Million in sales with over 150 transactions completed in our first 3 years! Rich was chosen as Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year in 2006. He also received the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award and Peoria Area Association of REALTORS® (PAAR) President’s Gold Award.

In 2007, The Gillespie Group was formed when Adam LaHood joined Rich’s team. Rich was chosen as the  PAAR Rookie of the Year for 2007. He also received PAAR President’s Club Diamond Award and the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award. Rich has also completed the GRI Graduate course and recently obtained his Brokers License in Illinois.
