There are many things we can say about the high quality of service we provide to our home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of our recent clients themselves. Coldwell Banker should feel very privileged to have such a great individual representing their company. From every aspect Rich went above and beyond. I’ve tried to run through in my head just how I could begin to express in detail to you, in letter form, my experience. . . So, I decided I would just try to list out some examples …. Rich took in exactly what I was looking for in a home and was prompt in getting any eligible listings to me and was always available to my schedule for showings. Rich is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of a house and if there was ever a time he didn’t have an answer he would honestly tell you, but would reassure you that he would try everything to get the information. You could always count on Rich to return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. He was always very respectful and I felt he represented me well as a buyer, I never felt that he didn’t have my best interest at heart, that “trust factor” was just there. Even after closing Rich has done a fabulous job in following up on different things (i.e. test results, home warranty, etc. ), still going above and beyond. As I mentioned earlier, I couldn’t begin to list it all, but I wanted to make sure, if you didn’t already know, what an outstanding individual Rich is and the great job he is doing!
